📄 Booking Policy & Terms and Conditions

By booking services with Agri Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. 📌 Bookings & Quotes

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via phone, email, or message.

  • Quotes or estimates will be provided in advance based on the information supplied.

  • Final pricing may change if the condition of the equipment or site differs significantly from the initial description. Any price adjustments will be discussed before work begins.

2. 🚜 Service Conditions

  • Access to water and/or electricity may be required for certain services. This will be discussed in advance.

  • Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the site, vehicles, buildings and/or machinery to be cleaned.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unhygienic, or unsuitable.

3. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a call-out fee or partial charge.

  • The 10% deposit (see section below) will not be refunded if cancelled within this period.

4. 💷 Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A 10% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

  • This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice.

  • Full payment is required on the day of service, unless agreed in advance with Aaron Gallagher.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as cash.

  • Receipts and invoices are available upon request.

5. 📄 Liability

  • While we take every care during cleaning, Agri Cleaning Solutions and Aaron Gallagher accept no liability for:

    • Pre-existing damage

    • General wear and tear

    • Issues arising from the condition of surfaces, vehicles, or equipment

  • Clients are responsible for notifying us in advance of any fragile areas or components.
